Small Group Training

Offensive Small Group Training Program

Our offensive small group program builds on the fundamentals of footwork, shooting technique and dodging into the more advanced offensive concepts of the 2 man games of mirroring or pick and roll for players in 5th grade through college.

Defensive Small Group Training

Our defensive small group training builds on the fundamentals of footwork, approach, defensive positioning and stick skills to more advanced concepts of defensive communication and slide schemes for players in 5th grade through college.
